Athletes of all levels and abilities are welcome. Come to have fun, keep fit, meet friends,  or work towards a greater goal in Track and Field.

Equipment is provided, including track wheelchairs. New athletes will be fit for a chair during their first session. “Buddy Runners” are also provided for visually impaired athletes.

Athletes are exposed to events such as: wheelchair racing, race running/ frame running, ambulatory track, long jump, and seated & ambulatory field events (discuss, shot put, javelin). Event participation is dependent on athlete’s disability.
