Presenting our first Youth Spotlight for 2026, Keren Clay!
In celebration of National Girls and Women in Sports Month, we’re proud to spotlight Keren Clay, a remarkable female athlete who has shown a level of resilience far beyond her years. Keren is most proud of her ability to remain active through her cancer experience and the many challenges she has faced.
Keren has been a member of BlazeSports for over six years and has grown within our Blaze Adaptive Swim program, not only as an athlete, but also as a leader. In addition to participating in swim, she has served on the Blaze Youth Council and has even helped teach adaptive swim lessons to our younger athletes.
Her favorite Blaze memory is training with swim coach Coach Fred, who played a key role in building her confidence both in and out of the water. Keren describes herself as determined, silly, and hardworking, qualities that shine through in everything she does, whether she’s in the pool, leading her peers, or uplifting others with her energy and spirit.
We celebrate Keren’s incredible spirit and achievements, and remain dedicated to supporting her as she continues to inspire those around her with courage and heart
