Youth Spotlight Eli Bean

Introducing our August Youth Spotlight: Eli Bean

Eli Bean is a remarkable 9-year-old athlete who has been with BlazeSports for one year. Throughout this time, he has participated in a variety of activities, including wheelchair basketball, track and field, and our “Learn to Swim” program. Eli has embraced every opportunity with enthusiasm and determination, quickly becoming a standout member of the team.

One of Eli’s proudest accomplishments came when he won a silver medal at Nationals. This achievement marked a significant milestone in his journey with BlazeSports. Another unforgettable memory for Eli was racing in his racing wheelchair alongside Coach Jessie at Nationals. That moment was a perfect example of his commitment to pushing himself to new limits.

Eli describes himself as kind, an encourager, and fast—traits that truly shine through in both his sports and his interactions with others. His positive attitude not only lifts his teammates but also helps create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere in the BlazeSports community.

As Eli continues to grow and improve, we’re excited to see where his athletic journey takes him. He has so much potential, and we know he will continue to achieve incredible things. His passion for adaptive sports and his hardworking spirit inspire everyone around him.

Let’s go, Eli! We can’t wait to see the amazing things you’ll accomplish next.
