Veteran Spotlight Vera Redmond

Vera Redmond is a proud United States Army veteran who has been part of BlazeSports for a year. She first learned about Blaze through fellow veterans who encouraged her to join our incredible veteran community.

Vera participates in our weekly Water Aerobics and Adaptive Bowling programs and attended our annual Veteran Family Camp last year! These programs have given her opportunities to stay active, build meaningful connections, and experience a strong sense of community with fellow veterans.

Vera shares that the camaraderie and fellowship with other veterans have profoundly impacted her life. She values the support BlazeSports provides, allowing veterans to stay active while using adaptive equipment that ensures safe participation. She also expressed her appreciation for our Blaze staff, describing them as “amazing” for their constant support and dedication to meeting veterans’ needs.
