Adaptive Fitness Training

BlazeSport’s Adaptive Fitness Training Program offers fitness specifically catered to meet the needs of each individual Veteran. Fitness Training is open to all abilities and fitness levels.

Fitness Training can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years. Fitness Training workouts use safe, effective, and efficient movements similar to those you use every day in life and can be modified to help each individual achieve their goals. The workouts may be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

You must be a BlazeSports Member to register for this event.  Membership is free and renewed annually. 

If you are a NEW Veteran member and have not yet had an assessment, please wait for us to contact you prior to attending any of our programs. We want to get to know you in order to understand how to better serve your needs. If you have any questions or need assistance, please email veterans@blazesports.org. 

Who

Veterans and active duty service members with PTSD and/or physical disabilities, including but not limited to, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, amputations, stroke and visual impairments.
