Certified Adaptive Sports Coach (CASC)

BlazeSports is a leader in adaptive sports coaching, with over 30 experienced coaches running 12 weekly adaptive sports programs. We are excited to launch the new Certified Adaptive Sports Coach (CASC) certification, designed to guide individuals who are currently coaching adaptive sports or those looking to start their journey in this field.

The Adaptive Sports Coaching Certification prepares coaches to properly train and support athletes with a variety of disabilities across multiple sports. This certification provides a comprehensive understanding of disability awareness and etiquette, coaching techniques for adaptive athletes, injury prevention, adaptive equipment basics, athlete abuse prevention, and much more.

The CASC certification is offered virtually, allowing participants to complete it online at their own pace. Additionally, in-person training sessions will be available a few times each year for those who prefer hands-on learning.
