Our coaches have years of experience with wheelchair tennis and will work with our athletes to develop their skills such as: chair maneuvering\, swing technique\, rules\, positioning\, and more. This season the BlazeSports Tennis Team will have the opportunity to participate in USTA Junior Division Tournaments as well as observe elite levels of adult league play. \n\nWe’re excited to announce the expansion of Wheelchair Tennis to South Atlanta\, with weekly southside practices to increase access for athletes across Metro Atlanta. Practices will now be available on both the north and south sides. \nWe are thrilled for this expansion\, come out and serve up some fun! \n…………………………. \n\nAthlete eligibility: Ages 6 – 22 years old. Primary diagnosis as a physical disability including but not limited to: Spinal Cord Injury\, Cerebral Palsy\, Spina Bifida\, Amputation\, Limb Difference\, Visual Impairment\, Dwarfism\, Traumatic Brain Injury\, etc. \nBlazeSports has an equipment loan program for our youth members\, if your athlete needs a sportschair or tennis racquet or if you have any questions please email erobinson@blazesports.org. \nSeason Start: Thursday.
