The BlazeSports Wheelchair Tennis Program is open for athletes of all skill levels\, recreational or competitive. Our coaches have years of experience with wheelchair tennis and will work with our athletes to develop their skills such as: chair maneuvering\, swing technique\, rules\, positioning\, and more. This season the BlazeSports Tennis Team will have the opportunity to participate in USTA Junior Division Tournaments as well as observe elite levels of adult league play. \n\nWe’re excited to announce the expansion of Wheelchair Tennis to South Atlanta\, with weekly southside practices to increase access for athletes across Metro Atlanta. Practices will now be available on both the north and south sides. \nWe are thrilled for this expansion\, come out and serve up some fun! \n…………………………. \n\nAthlete eligibility: Ages 6 – 22 years old. DESCRIPTION:Learn to Train\nThe BlazeSports Learn to Train program caters to athletes who are already swim proficient and want to develop their strokes/technique in a more competitive manner. Our BlazeSwim Coaches work with our athletes closely so that each athlete can adapt their stroke technique to cater to their unique ability. The BlazeSwim team will compete in at least (4) adaptive swim meets during a typical year: The Palmetto Games\, The Fred Lambach Disability Meet\, The Peachtree Paragames – hosted by BlazeSports and the Move United Junior Nationals. \nIn order to join this program\, athletes must be able to swim independently without support and have some knowledge of the swim strokes. \nPRACTICE TIME: Saturdays from 10am – 12pm\, there will be sessions to space on athletes for more one-on-one coaching. \nSTART DATE: Saturday\, February 28th\, 2026 \nLOCATION: Marcus Jewish Community Center \nPRACTICE DETAILS:  To accomdate our growing numbers\, we will have assigned sessions for athletes to ensure that each athlete recieves adequate coaching. DESCRIPTION:Learn to Train\nThe BlazeSports Learn to Train program caters to athletes who are already swim proficient and want to develop their strokes/technique in a more competitive manner. Our BlazeSwim Coaches work with our athletes closely so that each athlete can adapt their stroke technique to cater to their unique ability. The BlazeSwim team will compete in at least (4) adaptive swim meets during a typical year: The Palmetto Games\, The Fred Lambach Disability Meet\, The Peachtree Paragames – hosted by BlazeSports and the Move United Junior Nationals. \nIn order to join this program\, athletes must be able to swim independently without support and have some knowledge of the swim strokes. \nPRACTICE TIME: Saturdays from 10am – 12pm\, there will be sessions to space on athletes for more one-on-one coaching. \nSTART DATE: Saturday\, February 28th\, 2026 \nLOCATION: Marcus Jewish Community Center \nPRACTICE DETAILS:  To accomdate our growing numbers\, we will have assigned sessions for athletes to ensure that each athlete recieves adequate coaching.
