BlazeSports hosted its 6th Annual Run, Roll & Row 5K on Saturday, September 6th, 2025, at Brook Run Park in Dunwoody, GA. The event was inclusive of all abilities and featured an adaptive division, welcoming participants of every level to run, roll, or row in support of adaptive sports. This year, we also introduced a new addition—the Wally Bell One Mile Fun Run—giving even more athletes, families, and community members the chance to get moving together. This special event honors the Bell Family, with registration proceeds helping send one child to our adaptive summer camp, Camp Phoenix.
BlazeSports, the legacy of the 1996 Atlanta Paralympic Games, is one of the very few organizations in Metro Atlanta providing access to adaptive sports and recreation for children, youth and veterans with disabilities for 29 years. The purpose of this 5K is to raise awareness of BlazeSports programs and services. All proceeds will be used to support youth & veteran adaptive sport programs, training & education activities, youth leadership and development and other athlete support.
