This FREE Consultation with a Certified Social Worker, Certified Sports Counselor and/or Therapeutic Recreation Specialist assists individuals and families in exploring leisure and recreation interests; social interactions; resources and adaptive equipment/techniques for recreation, sport and physical activity; and opportunities available in their neighborhood and the surrounding area.

The overall goals of this service are to promote health,, community reintegration, inclusion and family fun. This service is available to any person with a physical disability in either an individual or family format.
